Company Microsoft Account Details Missing

Hi All, hope you are well? I was hoping you could please assist, I have joined a new company as an IT Tech but the person who’s role I took over has got rid of all the company’s Microsoft account info and he was the only one within the company who had those details and account recovery email etc. How do I go about retrieving all MS Account details? Thanks in advance for any help provided.

Thanks so much for replying, Unfortunately the CEO has asked me as he does not know anything about it as the previous employer setup everything using his email as the recovery mail for all accounts and he was the Admin of the portal as well,so outta options

Only option that I am aware of is to start a new account.
