Combining Partitions

Well I got two partitions on my single hard drive I was asking if anyone knows a program that would combine D to C so I get some more space on my C. I know you can do that when you reformat but is there any way I can do this with a program without reformating.

Partition Magic will do it. But I don't know of any free programs that can.

Ahhh its not free?? Is thera like a trial version?

The trial version is useless. It will go through the motions, only to show you what it can do, but you can't actually make any changes.
