Codec problems?

i cant view the video probably
its color all changed, like HUE, blurry and things like that, i cant capture these images, it turns black on the screencapture.
I think some guys here have been in this problems because its common but i dont know to to fix it

See if your graphics card has a color correction feature. I know that nVidia cards have them. I've had to use this to play DVDs in the past, and it cleaned the image right up.
