Clicking My Computer Shows Windows in Blue?

probably a dumb question but, I installed a fresh copy of xp home sp2. retail. on a new drive but, when I clicked on my computer then, c: drive programs shows up in black lettering as well as everything else but, windows shows up in blue? could this be because I formatted this drive in another pc which I removed it from and, the compression option box was maybe checked and, when booting from the new pc and installing windows it was compressed while being installed? when I realized this, I right clicked on c: drive in my computer and then unchecked the compression box for the drive. my question is, will this cause me any kind of problems with the OS. And if so, I'd like to know know now, so I can reinstall before I go any further not, that I'm crazy about the idea of reinstalling the OS . Would sure appreciate some help Thanks!
