what why wait for intel's prices to go down any farther. I can already get p4s cheaper than amd processors. I just can't resist getting a p4 anymore. I can get a p4 2.4ghz 533mhz fsb for the low low price 100 bucks. That is too good of deal to pass up. It looks like i will have another system laying around the house. Just what i need. I already have 6.

Ok. As of recently, I have a Dell Inspiron laptop with a Pentium 4 1.9GHz and 450 bus, 512 DDR SD-RAM, NVIDIA Geforce 4 440 Go 64 MB, 15 Inch Ultra XGA LCD, a 24x 12x 48x CD RW, and I HAD a DVD drive before I accidently released it and sent it crashing to the floor  !

There is an ancient Aptiva (remember those old IBMs?) sitting in my house, which contains 8 MB of RAM, 75 MHz processor with 50 MHz bus, and a QUAD SPEED :D :D :D CD drive, and some other ancient junk which I'm not thinking of right now. Pretty pathetic, eh? :p

Yep. 100$ US for a new one...could have been more, if I had gone through dell. Waiting for it to come in through the mail now...it was sent two weeks ago :(
