Based on my research it is actually a Hw Failure where the HDD has a Bad Sectors.
Even i try to perform the Recovery it does not go trough as well as the installation disc.

Is there any other way to fixed it?

thanks

Go into your bios and turn off "LAN boot" or some variation of that. The motherboard is trying to boot from your LAN connection instead of your CD or HDD.

Do this first.

If it still happens, make sure your HDD is set to boot first. If you still get some kind of error, then there is something wrong with the HDD. Does BIOS recognize your HDD at all?
