changing video card

how do i change my video card . like after i install it do i need to go into safe mode and install drivers . or install drivers first . thanks for ur help

Physically put the card in, then in Windows install the drivers. What's the model of the card?

Just take the old one out, then put the new one in. The mobo should recognize it. When you boot up Windows, go to Device Manager, click on your Display adapter, then Drivers then install drivers. That or it will do it automatically.

dont install the drivers first it screws everything up. just plug it in and install the drivers once you reboot easy as pie

Put the card in, then once you're in Windows download and install this assuming you're using XP or 2000:
