Changing out a graphics card.

Hey just recently bought a new computer. I was asking some people on another forum site and they seemed to think that my computer would have trouble running any games. And they suggested i upgrade my graphics card. I am not a big gamer and i mostly just wanted to run call of duty modern warfare on it and i dont even mind if its on low or medium settings. Can my computer run this game without lagging? And if not can i get some suggestions as to what graphics card i should upgrade to and a brief summary of how difficult and what all is involved in changing it out. Again i would rather not change it out if its not needed.

i like that website, it can be quite handy

your card will be fien to run cod4, maybe not on max but definately on medium, well hey my laptop can run it low with 2 gig ram, 1.4ghz dual core and a built in Intel gpu which was truly awful
