both silverstone and scythe usa make some nice 120's

Noctuna also makes great fans based upon research I did looking for fans.

This question depends upon your needs. Do you want Silence, Performance or both. Personally I like Silverstones as they perform very well and they come with a speed controller so you can quiet them down if needed.

If you need something for performance, and don't care for noise, I have found these to be rather good.
