cant uninstall

ok i installed this program(style xp) and i didnt like it so i wanted to remove it from my computer. well i went to add/remove programs and went to remove it and the normal uninstall screen came up and i did what i normally do but it ownt uninstall, it just sits in the same exact position not making any progress(for hours). someone help me and tell me how to get it off of my computer, it messes with my settings

Go to program files and look for the folder of the program.Sometimes it will have a uninstall there.Then check the program vender and remove it in regedit.

its ok i did it in safe mode but thanks anyway for the advice.
