Cant get to this website

Okay so I want a job at Valvoline auto place but the site i need to visit is
www.valvolinecareers.com but it wont work in FF and IE& it says that it cant do the plugin and I tried Opera Browser but it doesn't want to go either How do I get IE7 to install plugins even if its not recognized?

yea some sites dont work without the www. for some reason
like currys.co.uk doesnt work for me (well it didnt used to)
