i accidently deleted it from the registry and now it wont come back, is there somewhere where i can get another one?

Try right-clicking the desktop, and select Arrange Icons By > Show Desktop Icons. This should uncheck the option. Do the same thing to recheck that option, and hopefully it will reappear. If not, you'll have to either do a system restore or figure out what you changed in the registry.
