Can't Format the 16 GB Flash Drive

I've a 16 GB Flash Drive . When I connect it to any PC, it comes a massage that please format this Device . Then I tried to format it. but it can't do . comes a error massage that "Windows was unable to complete the format" . Please give a solution for sort out this

Most likely the flash drive itself is damaged, and most likely it's not possible / not worth repairing.

So all in all, the solution? Get a new one
