Hi, im having problems fitting my mboard

Where the standoffs screw in are all raised, so when i screw the standoffs in and put the motherboard on the plate on the back for the mboard's plugs sits too high and wont go into the area cut out for it.

any ideas what to do????

Are the standoffs already on the backplate? are you then screwing the gold standoffs into the ones located on the plate?

no, the threads for the standoffs are raised above the rest of the backplate.

the mboard fits if i dont use the standoffs but then if i start it up then theres the risk of short circiting the board.

if the holes for the gold standoffs are raised, they Are the standoffs.

That's to say, you screw the m/b directly to them. the motherboard is still raised from the bottom of the backplate.
