Can't download drivers or launch team 8 on windows 8

I just bought an HP Pavilion PI6-2316S with an Epson Printer XP 400. I can't download any drivers to get the printer to work. Each time I download, they either stop or won't let me save. I can't use Team 8 remote either. I've never been so frustrated with a system before.
Please render help on how to launch Team 8, and how to download drivers. Thank You.
