Can't delete this virus, help please!

Make sure you have System Restore enabled from now on. It can really save your bacon.

It was and has been enabled. I disabled it for one SDAT scan in DOS mode and safe mode then enabled it after a reboot and had realized the virus was still there. I'm not sure why there is no restore point past yesturday?

I have no idea either. Are you sure you checked previous months in the calendar?

I tried to check beyond the December calendar and it would not change to November when I clicked on the back arrow on the calendar?

That's great dude! AVG is an excellent AV. I run it on all my machines along with Windows Defender. Glad it worked.
