Can't delete icon

I downloaded the free prisontycoon trail, and it is called PrisonTycoonSetup-dm, and i can not get it to delete for nothing! safe mode didn't work, restarting didn't work, and i ended every program and can't delete it lol...

Anyone have any idea? this is driving me nuts! I am never downloading another game demo ever.

Well, if anyone has any advice, ppppllllleeeaaasseeeeeeee share it.

I don't believe it's a virus b/c scan didn't find it, neither did ad-ware or crap cleaner.... so... Yeah, advice if anyone has it, please.

if its not in add/remove programs then i dont know what you can do you seem to have tried everything else

What does it say when you try and delete it?

you could try to get your virus protection to delete it and if that doesn't work i have no clue. can you cut and paste it?

Nope, can't cut and paste it, and it says
can not be deleted being used by another person or program.

Try deleting it while in safe mode.

Oops, well you can try doing a system restore to a time before you installed the game.

it was just a simple game download program. Except this one didn't want to leave.... It was one of those programs you download and it opens up and downloads the game for you through that program.
