Canceling phone contract ?

dude im mad at my carrier they cut my phone off from not paying 1 bill. i am supose to have a credit limit of 350$ they cut it after not paying 1 70$ bill now i havent had a phone all month today they just mailed me another bill for this month. so they are making me pay for a month i didnt even get use from... man am i mad.
