Can you get these, but with PCI-e connection?

Arr, Oh well people, don't worry about it. The hardware is wierd! It's a video card, which plugs into a PCI slot, and then has an AGP slot, on top of the PCI card, with a video card plugged into that.
It's made by Gigabyte, but I dont know if you can change the AGP video card, because the PCI slot cover, doesnt look like it can be taken off.
As I say, Oh well.
