Can someone help me decode this?

So, I've been digging in a games files and attempting to decode them. First, i decoded a .wad file, which contained a whole bunch of stuff - in which comes in this. Its an .xml file, however i am unsure as to how to decode it. Opening it, this is what i get.

Could someone please give me some tips or point me in the right direction so as to decode it?

Nobody can say anything unless there is a file, it means original file.
So, if you want some information, post the original file.
With this info, what You have posted, is nothing to do.

Not sure this is what you're looking for but try this:
XML Encoding – Easily encode or decode strings or files online

Try opening it in Notepad++

(other programs tend to have issues when opening xml files.)
