Can i get a newer cpu for my motherboard?

I have a Intel® Desktop Board D815EEA and was wondering if i could upgrade it from my pentium III to something more powerful like a pentium 4 with hyper threading technology, please help me.

from what i can see i don't think so but why not get a new board and go with amd? hehe it's always better.
