Well, I have CoD4 and my system is around the same as yours (better GPU, but slower CPU)

The game runs, but the models appear black, like JET BLACK, it annoys the hell out of you. So you might wanna upgrade your GPU and maybe your CPU a little.

His computer isn't that much different than mine, except half the RAM, and not as good of a video card.

You'll definitely be able to play it on all low settings. To bring it up to high, like I do, get a better video card and another GB of RAM.

some performance problems 2 gigs of ram would be better, and your video eard. ehh....
