if you are going to get an E6 venice, instead of getting a Zalman, get a Thermalright XP-120 and buy a Tri-blade Delta. It will cool it better and will get you higher clocks.

ok, so i will be buying that now how much power does my set up take? i have OCZ value 1 gig ram not-oc'ed? and a 80gb sata HDD?? I only have a 350 Watt PSU what should i go with?

Ohhh, I plan on OC'ing a bit on the 3200...

the venice is the E6 stepping I would get a new powersupply while you are at it. Get a Fortron AX-500.

ur new cpu and gpu are pretty good, why spend more money for jus a little bit better performance?
