Buying a new PC online

Anyone ever buy a new PC from http://www.ibuypower.com/ ? I am thinking of buying from them but would like some feedback on how the service is. Or if anyone can recommend another site better, less expensive to buy from. I live in Toronto Canada but i get easily get it shipped to the US and pick it up from a friends place.

Ya but has anyone purchased from them before? Everything looks nice b4 they send u a box full of broken bits... :S

Thanks for the link. proving useful. average rating of 7.8. A little poor of late though but i would say thats more b/c of the holidays than anything.
