Building Gaming Computer... Good?

Im trying to build a computer for the first time. Im pretty good on a computer but not when it comes to building one. I just need to know if these pieces work together and are a good price. total price= $690.92

Well the price of everything (Hardware,Case, OS) is $820 so that is about all i wanted to spend. Im just gonna be playing COD4 and Battlefield 2. So this should be good
 
Why Core 2 Duo? For the same price, you could easily get a quad core system (i7 or AMD 955). LGA 775 is a dead-end platform.
