Building Budget System for Wifey

Hey guys,
So my wife is in need a new computer but is a minimalist when it comes to spending money on a computer. She does not want to spend more than $550 on the parts. We already have a HDD and Windows so those are not needed. Anything I'm missing with this build or anything that could be swapped for something better/more economical? She mainly uses it for photo editing, light stuff picnic.com, facebook, and light gaming. She plays SWTOR and Age of Empires 3. Any comments are appreciated.

My dad owns this case. Keeps his E2140 very cool.

Can probably let off on the FX, too. But I'm not the best when it comes to AMD.
