With the i5 2500k vs the i7 2600k its really up to you, i do photography as a job so photoshop is running 24/7 and i have a i5 2500k and even at stock clocks it runs flawless to me the i7 isnt worth the money considering that the ivy bridge is comming out and the new extreme i7 with it and there will be nothing on the market that can touch it
