Sooo yeah. I built this in like 20 minutes, and he is super tight on cash, so I made it as cheap and effective as possible. HOws it lookin to you all?

What is the difference between the vid cards. All I see is that the one Arrizx suggests is GDDR2 rather than GDDR3.

Gddr3 has faster mhz compared to gdd2

also the core clock on the 7600GS tends to be 400MHz though its not listed for the GigaByte....

and the core clock on the GT is OCed to be 580MHz in this case...normally 560

And as for the overclocked 7600GT, if you do the rebate, it would be well worth it.

It looks alright, but...is his PSU and Case compatible? The Case, I bet it is, but for the PSU?

If you can push, he could get a 7600GT instead. If not, the GS is fine.
