BSOD and Dodgy USB?

Hi all basically I'm having a few issues, first of all I keep getting a message saying that something is overpowering one of the USB ports yet when I click on it no problems are found. The list is just blank, but thats not really the main issue. The main issue is latley im constantly getting BSOD and its getting really frustrating. My PC after a while, usually whilst watching a film will either BSOD or the screen will just go black and it will freeze completely? Any Help?

How many ram sticks? Are they all the same?

Tried uninstall usb drivers and reinstall with MS update?

Tried taking CMOS battery out and reset some settings.

Is it USB 3.0?
