Hello, I have an Acer laptop with win 8.1 and have paired my BT headphones successfully. However, each time I need to use my headphones, I have to re-pair to get it working, although the headphones remain listed in the Bluetooth devices. This has also happened to portable speakers whereby I have to re-pair each time. Can someone please help me with this problem? Thanks:hide:

I had this same problem. It is to be that you need to recurrently connect to the Bluetooth device each and every time, although it saves its info on the devices list. As long as it is in range, it should work, just a bit of a pain to continuously repair it during each Windows session. :hide::eek:

Finally resolved this issue. For those still experiencing this issue, go to Devices and Printers, click on your paired device and you will see the Connect/Disconnect button which stays there even when you have turned off your headset. Has worked great so far - I have a shortcut on desktop.
