I have a Samsung Galaxy J7 Prime cellphone Marshmallow and when connected to bluetooth headphones, notifications only come through as a break in what I am listening to rather than a sound. This does not occur when I am not on BT and I have also tried another headset, same issue of no sound. Have checked and rechecked all settings. Any suggestions please?
