Blue Screen With New Memory

I've been running Vista x64 for a couple of months now with 4gigs of this memory. I have been wanting to get another 4 and make it 8. So last week i ordered the same thing from newegg. Today I installed them in the empty dual channel slots in my computer. After about 10 minutes of using the computer the screen flips off and opens up a BSOD saying that a system file is missing or corrupt. I can't load the repair disk, and windows won't start without looping on the loading screen or blue screening. Any thoughts? I'm running Memtest86+ right now and have a microsoft memory diagnostic at bat.

not yet, but it's next up. the memory tests are still running. Atleast one module is bad as evident from Memtest86+'s block movement error list

Fix'd

Dodgy RAM is far more likely, but it's also worth trying the new RAM in the other slot(s) on the motherboard just to make sure it's your RAM that's dodgy and not the board.
