What bitrate do you use?

I use 320 for all the crap i rip.

I listen to my mp3 player for about 6hrs strait when i'm at work and i'd rather listen to music instead of terrible hissing and popping

MP3 320. Most common one that I find in higher quality song downloads, so that's what I use.

320kbs, that's my standard. But I always listen to music on my Receiver from the original CD so do the math.

If i can find the song/album in 320, thats what i use.

But sometimes all you can get is 192 which is still decent. I do prefer MP4 though...wave audio is only really used in studios for recordings....the file size is too large for practical use.

i have everything from 56, 112, 128, 160, 192, 256 and 320.
the lower ones are from like 10 years ago though

i rarely rip my cd's anymore though.
320 if i acquire them.

mmmm, i like to keep my audio files uncompressed, i have a external hdd just for holding my music.

I always rip between 256 and 320 VBR...I used to do 192 to 256 ABR back when I didn't know how to use EAC, rofl.

I would make everything flac, but...with all my music ranging from 128 to 320, I have well over 120 gigs. I don't want to think what the size would be in flac... *shudders*
