if i was bill gates i would, simply because it would look funny pimping out the worst car you could find. or buying a really crappy body and switching the engine\tranny\etc with high end parts but leave the same beat up body, then hustle people by racing them for $$

More like flushing your social reputation down the drain.

If I were to build a sleeper car I'd choose something not as...ghetto. I'd at least get something that could handle corners and not just go fast in a straight line.
