Yeah well, now that the Pats lost, we have to listen to the 72 dolphins and the fans talk about how great they are and how they are the best team ever.
Again, everyone piled on the field after the clock expired to 0, Belichick congratulated them, and he left. From what I've seen at the end of Pats games (I don't watch the stuff after the game usually), once the games over, he's off the field extremely quickly. THEN they added a second back on the clock as Belichick was exiting the field.
There was no way the Pats could have won by the way...The Giants had the ball and they kneeled. There was no chance of a fumble or a bad snap, and if it did happen, they still would have been no chance to win, even if the Patriots somehow managed to recover a fumble with 1 second left.
