Better than an x1600 in Mac powerbook?

So would it be worth it to buy this powerbook now:

15" LCD
core 2 duo (2.3ghz)
2gb ram
x1600 x/256mb ram
120gb hard drive
OS 10.4 + Windows XP

$2500

Or wait for a better one to come out?

Ok, I admit I don't know that much about mac computers at the moment, but there is no need for that.

Yeah, and OS 10.5 is coming out. So if you wait until then, free $100 OS. If you buy now, you have to upgrade in 3 months anyways.
From what I've read OS 10.5 should be worth the wait.
I highly doubt new video hardware will be put into the MBPros, unless they somehow manage to handle heat on an x1800 or 7xxx series by some serious downclocking.
