Best graphic card for 200-300 budget?

Get a Core 216 if you have a good enough PSU

Then spend the leftovers on other computer parts.

Ok my specs for my pc
quad to core (runs about 3.5 ghz stabel, with a lillte over clocking)
My resolution 2560 x 1600. But when at my dads house its resolution I use for it is 1680x1050
Also my power supply is 550 watt

XFX have a GTX 260 Core 216 for $159, Sparkle have one for $165 with COD: WaW included.

If he runs a 30 inch monitor, I would suggest having a little more power than a 216, guys. My point stands - A 275.

if its just a 1080p monitory, the 216 will be fine.

1080P is 1920x1200.

And he has a 550W PSU. We don't know what brand so I'm assuming it's generic. There are 275s for $200 but I don't think they're worth it over the 216.
