best cpu cooler for overclocking?

yes but i think hes looking for somthing practical
the one i said can o/c a core 2 duo 6600 to 4ghz

Cant find that exact one but here this one is better if you get a decent 120mm fan as well

The Extreme version is better if you are willing to pay more.
