Best command line google drive alternative

I'm trying to completely get off google and looking for somewhere to store my data backups. I'm looking for something cheap where I can basically SCP my data up to. I don't need any fancy GUI or desktop app. Just somewhere I can store data to backup.

have you looked at Onedrive, it maps to your profile, and you can drag and drop or just use standard CMD/ PS to create tasks to back up to Onedrive.

I was also looking for an alternative to ftp to google drive on Mac, but for some reason some utilities didn't work very well.

I came across such software as Commander One. Can someone tell me how it works?
