Beginner's Guide for batch

Hey Guys,

I know this is not programming at all. I was hoping perhaps someone out there had any books or links that I could use to educate myself more on creating batch files that will do things in Domain environment.

I'd like to learn how to run programs using these scripts. Basically stuff that a network administrator would do.
