Beginer - CD to MP3

I have many CDs purchased before MP3 became popular, don't know the format of the CDs. Can these be translated to MP3 format?

Just throw them onto your comp, then put them onto your mp3 player, they should work. Not to much trouble.

windows media, even musicmatch do it automatically, i don't really see the point of using a different app. It just makes it more difficult, its easy just throwing it onto windows media and putting it right onto your mp3 player.

WMP is very basic. Plus it can add DRM. Not to mention it only rips to 64KB if you do not set it up right. Not every media player can recognize files from WMP. Espically if the DRM gets added by Microsoft.

After all these years I still use Audiograbber.
