the thing is techno is detroit crap from the 80s and early 90's and trance and eurodance have nothing to do with that crap. Not all of it is repetitive crap. I am very selective about what I listen to.

Not to turn this into a political thread but I can't see that kind of proposal being popular at all if it involved the Government paying for it.

It's one of those "We Need This, But Not In My Backyard" sort of debates when it comes down to the officals.

Here I doubt it would ever get that far. I know a lot of people would have a major problem with the government supporting it at all.
