First of all, I remind you that Domain Authority is not a Google ranking factor and has no effect on the SERPs.
But I agree with what was said above: content is the only solution to receive backlinks that will increase your DA

There are plenty of link-building communities where members exchange guest post and link insertion opportunities. So, it's just a matter of settling for a niche and joining a network of similar domains so that you all benefit from the collaboration. And of course, while DA isn't a deciding factor on whether a customer will find you in SERPs, you can't really build quality backlinks to your URLs without having a decent score in the first place...
