Azureus Questions?

Alrighty, I've been using Azureus for my bittorrent client for quite some time... have used other too. So far this has been the best. But, I've always had the same problem with all of my torrents. I'm behind a Microsoft MN-500 Base Station and I can't seem to configure it properly for port fowarding so the "health" of my torrents is always a yellow smiley face (or yellow w/e for other BT clients). No matter what settings I've change, I always have an NAT problem when I run the test in Azureus... does anyone know how I can configure my specific router to allow my torrents to run properly?

Yeah, i realized the torrent name is wrong... lol but i've heard that the files work.. and thats all the matter...

I have a cable connection and the fastest speed i'm getting is about 52 kB/s. I've seen my friend's torrents go at speeds up to 250, even more.
