Avatar Problem

I am trying to upload my own pic for my avatar, but the application doesn't process every time I do it.

After I select the image, (4KB, uner 95x47 pixels, jpeg) and click submit avatar, it redirects to a page, but nothing uploads (it's like it freezes everytime).

Can somebody help me with this?

I think you need to be at least a Member to use custom avatars
