Hello everyone! So I'd like to digitalize a workflow in my company.
Currently:
E-Mail received, PDF printed, made corrections, stamped, scanned to a PDF, sent as E-Mail.
Intendet Workflow:
E-Mail received, edited / commented on PDF with X-Change Viewer, but then:
While saving the PDF file, a "ghost" file (like Word) should be created which is processed automatically by "JSignPDF" with pre-configured settings (after processing it, it should be signed).
If the programm is closed (X-Change Viewer), then the original file is replaced by the ghost file.
Why do I need the ghost file?
I suppose that the programm always reads data from the original file and if this file is changed, then "X-Change" is confused or "JSignPDF" can't process this file.
I know there is a implemented function in X-Change to sign documents, but it would be too much for the employees (not everybody can be into computer stuff ).
Do you know which programming language I should use?
or do you know a easier way?
