Automatic key program

Im looking for a program that will allow you to set a certain key and a time so that the key will be "pressed" every so often. I need this to train in games, anyone know of a program like this?

Wouldn't reccomend it, as almost all online games consider this breaking the rules, and most of these programs have keyloggers, trojans, and other bad tidbits to them anyway.
