i dont hv linux so is there anyway to run auditor on my windows machine? or is there a windows version out there somewhere? or do i have all i need already but don't know how to run it, hm

the version i have is "auditor-200605-02-no-ipw2100"

It's a Live CD; just boot off it.

turn PC off, turn PC back on and insert disk, make sure BIOS is set to boot from CDROM first, it will boot into the liveCD OS

it's not a cd, it's a bunch of files i have in a folder on my desktop. i can't physically touch it

These files weren't contained as an ISO image or anything...?

If not, then you need to redownload the Auditor ISO image and burn it to a CD as an image.

none of the files is an .ISO file or image file. and most of them are under 10kB anyway, except one which is like 600 something MB and it's in the KNOPPIX folder (see linked image above.) and i tried burning this large one onto a cd but my burning software doesn't recognize it as an image file. and windows apparently doesn't either.

Yeah, then you're probably gonna have to go to the Auditor website and redownload it.
