I am useing the Program Audacity and it works good and I got the Lame.DLL file so I can export to MP3.
Now what I need help with is when I Downloaded the Lame Encoder it was in a Zip Folder.
And when I opened it I put the File lame_enc.dll out of the Zip Folder and put it on my Desktop.
Then when I exported a File to MP3 Audacity found the Encoder and exported the File to MP3 just greate.
But how do I ajust the Encoding Settings??
Like when it Encodes to use CBR or VBR
Or let me pick the Bit Rate I want to export as like 128 kbps or 256 kbps and things like this??
Please help if you can.
