ati software error

i'm getting an error for application cli.exe everytime i start windows. it's part of the software for my ati graphics card. it's a brand new error, i haven't changed my card at all i know it's not hardware related, plus i would think it's software related anyway.

i've tried reinstalling, repairing, and uninstall/install, none have fixed the problem. any ideas?

Its just a taskbar option to change features of your ATI card. Run msconfig and disable it. Or run add/remove and see if you can uninstall it then reinstall.

well i said above i did try to uninstall/reinstall, still the same problem. i'd like to fix it rather then just disable it, i do use that tray icon for quick switching of different preferences.
